Before you buy we Need to tell you the following things.

 

1. All the paintings are framless, No Frame,No Stretched,No Hang . just hand-painted painting on canvas ,package in the roll !!

2. We will send you the picture of real painting for your confirmation when we finish your painting. We can revise it as per your requests if necessary. Anyway The actual painting you received is not 100% the same as product image, because they are made by pure- hand, and different computer monitors reason, so the actual painting would have some small difference in color or other small detail, pls buy caution if you mind this point .

3. We leave extra 5cm space for Stretched and framedon the each side of painting .

For example , if you buy size 60x90cm,you will receive canvas painting size is 70x100cm.

if you buy size 100x100cm,you will receive canvas painting size is 110x110cm.

4. About tax:

Because different country have different tariff standard ,We can’t prejudge exactly how much .  so if need customs tax,the tax need to afford by consignee.

A: Yes, every painting is handpainted by our artists with visible brushstrokes and texture. Prints are machinemade and lack the artistic depth of a true painting.

Q2: What kind of canvas and paint do you use? Are they ecofriendly?

A: We use highquality linen canvas with professional oil paints. The materials are ecofriendly, colorfast, and designed to last.

Q3: Do I need to frame it myself after receiving it?

A: yes, the painting is Unframed (canvas only), you can frame it when you receive it.

Q4: Will the colors look the same as in the picture?

A: All photos are taken in real life, but slight color differences may appear due to different monitor settings. This is normal.

Q5: How long will it take to ship?

A:  Custom paintings usually take 5–10days depending on size and complexity.

Q6: Can you paint from my photo? How similar will it be?

A: Yes, we can create custom paintings from your photos. The similarity is usually 85%–95%, depending on image quality and complexity.

Q7: Can I customize the size? What is the maximum size available?

A: Yes, custom sizes are available. Most standard and large sizes can be made. Please contact customer service for details.

Q8: Is the packaging safe? What if it gets damaged during shipping?

A: We use thick foam and a sturdy carton for safe delivery. If any damage occurs, please contact customer service for assistance.

Q9: Do I need to wait for the paint to dry before hanging?

A: The surface is usually dry enough to hang immediately.

Q10: Can the artist sign the painting?

A: Yes, please leave a note if you would like the artist’s signature.
